Please be informed that all products sold (promotional-priced items and non-promotional-priced items) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged Goods/ Defective Product

Incase of damaged goods (due to shipment) or defective products, please send an enquiry via Whatsapp / Website.

Customer is responsible for the return shipment charges, defective goods will then we checked for further inspection.

When return (due to defectiveness only) has been approved, customer will be issued a refund within 5 - 10 business days.
